Our Founder: Leah Milliken

Leah is a skilled Corporate and Securities Lawyer with over five years of experience advising clients in both the UK and Canadian markets. She provides strategic legal counsel on a wide range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, regulatory compliance, and in-house advisory work on complex transactions.

Leah earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Manchester and a Professional Master's of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she specialised in International Business Law. To complement her legal education, she pursued Professional Certificates in Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial Markets. Her academic background also includes advanced coursework in Canadian, U.S., and UK securities law, reinforcing her cross-border legal expertise.
