Leah is a dedicated Corporate and Securities Lawyer with significant experience in the UK and Canadian markets, with over 4 years of expertise in strategic legal counsel, focusing on corporate matters, securities regulations, compliance, and complex transactions.

During her graduate studies at Osgoode Hall Law School, she focused on International Business Law. To broaden her expertise, she pursued Professional Certificates in Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial Markets. She also completed courses in Canadian, U.S., and UK Securities Law, further enhancing her knowledge in this specialization.
